Now some of the vehicles you will drive have in-built weapons, so feel yourself like a super-hero from the comics. The additional pack gives you a number of new types of guns, cars, and other amazing items. At the same time, don’t be too badass here, because your commanders might figure out that you are not following the plan and the problems will become unavoidable with mods! The open world and freedom bring a very realistic idea of the title.
You have freedom here and all the actions are not determined by the plot. However, if you tired of being a super loyal guy, you can ignore the missions and do whatever comes to your head. The missions are tough and sometimes repetitive, but you need to accomplish them to move further.

Just Cause 2, of course, had multiplayer added by an unofficial mod (albeit by a different team). There also don’t seem to be any plans to add ‘official’ multiplayer to Just Cause 3, so this project wouldn’t be overlapping with any existing development plans. Prospects look reasonable enough here, as “The developers from Avalanche stated they want to help the community to create mods”. A wise move, given what happened with Grand Theft Auto V.

Just Cause 3 was apparently one of three games (the others being Far Cry 4 and “Own Game”) to top a community poll asking what Nanos should do next. In a post titled “State of a new adventure”, the team declare their intent to tackle Avalanche’s explosion-o-thon as their next multiplayer project. Nanos, the team behind the GTA:MP multiplayer framework shut down by Take-Two (see our interview for more details on that), now plan to work on Just Cause 3 instead.
